Orders

 

Confirming your order

Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. It usually takes 1–2 business days to process your order. Delivery will be made at the time we agree with you. If you need a quicker service, please contact our Customer Service Representative. Extra charges may be applied.

Changing your order

Upon receipt of payment, any changes of details, including, but not limited to, shipping address, type of merchandise and quantity, will be subject to a HKD100 handling charge per order.

Please note that you will also be responsible for paying any difference in cost that results from your order change.

Cancelling your order

We do not accept cancellations of orders once we have confirmed receipt of payment. Your order will be confirmed by email, phone or SMS/WhatsApp.

 

Delivery Service

We will arrange delivery on the agreed date at the location listed on the invoice.

 

Delivery charge

The delivery service is complementary for VIP customers.

Non-VIP customers will be charged based on district (see table below). All charges are subject to change. Please contact our Customer Service Representative for further details.

Additional delivery charge

An additional delivery charge may apply in certain circumstances, including, but not limited to, the following.

  • A non-standard delivery time
  • Toll fees
  • Parking fees
  • Moving goods up or down stairs when no lift service is available
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or other information being provided by the customer, the recipient being unreachable, or similar, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer and refunds will not be accepted

 

Adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances

In case of adverse weather conditions, such as a Typhoon signal 8, a Black rainstorm or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be delayed or rearranged. Our Customer Service Representative will contact you to make further arrangements.

We now accept the following payment methods:

  2. FPS

 

 

Returns and refunds

We aim to provide the highest quality seasonal fruit to our customers.

Should you receive rotten or damaged produce, please let us know immediately or on the same day of receipt of goods, and send us pictures. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly. Replacement fruit may be the same type of fruit or any fruit of the same value, at Fruit-is-ful’s discretion.

Please note that only goods purchased directly from Fruit-is-ful and proven to have quality issues will be considered for return or refund.

 

No returns or refunds will be made under the following conditions:

  1. Damage caused by the customer, such as improper storage, squeezing the product or dropping the product from a height.
  2. Products being partially consumed, e.g., cut, tasted, eaten or cleaned.
  3. Products rejected due to personal preferences, such as appearance, taste, color or size.

General Procedure for Returns and Refunds:

  1. Take pictures of the issue immediately or on the same day of receipt of goods.
  2. Fill out the Returns and Refunds form, which can be downloaded from our website or by contacting our Customer Service Representative.
  3. We will review your case, and will notify you of the outcome as soon as possible.
  4. If the conditions for Return or Refund are met, we will make arrangements with you accordingly.
  5. If returned items are out of stock, we will refund or substitute them with similar items of the same value, upon your approval. Please note that delivery and handling fees are not refundable.
  6. No further action will be taken if your case does not meet our Returns or Refunds requirements.
